Michael L. Daniels is a Virginia attorney with a demonstrated history of working in Technology, Business, and Law. He is skilled in Taxation, Corporate Law,  and Advocacy. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and holds both a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation. In addition to his legal degrees, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Alabama A&M University and an MBA from New York Institute of Technology.

Prior to entering the legal profession, he worked for the federal government as a software engineer, joined a small startup IT company and served on its leadership team, worked for a large consulting firm, and ran his own IT company for 15 years.

After spending two decades in Information Technology, he entered the legal profession with the overarching goal of helping others to achieve success – however, they choose to define it.

To that end, Michael Daniels offers his professional services to law firms as well as individuals. He is dedicated to making the law accessible to those who need it most. He strives to be a compassionate counselor, a wise business advisor, and a fierce advocate for his clients.
